Wang Yongsheng Invited to Irish Embassy in China Activities

Beijing, 13th December, 2016 (BISTU)--- Upon invitation of Paul Kavanagh, Irish Ambassador in China, BISTU President Wang Yongsheng attends the promotional activities in Irish Embassy.

Before the activities, President Wang Yongsheng and President Michael Murphy signs agreement on external education between BISTU and University College Cork (UCC), witnessed by Ambassador Paul Kavanagh and Patrick Oshea, successor of Michael Murphy.

The activities are hosted by cultural attach of Irish Embassy and addressed by Paul Kavanagh. On the eve when President Murphy is to leave UCC, Paul extends sincere thanks, on behalf of the Embassy, to President Murphy for his outstanding contribution to educational exchange and communication between China and Ireland in the past ten years. It is firmly believed that UCC, with the leadership of President Patrick OShea, will continue to work closely with Chinese partners in a broader spectrum and on deeper levels.  

The activities are also attended by commercial counselor of Irish Embassy, other officials, and presidents of over 30 partners of UCC in China.
